Consultation tomorrow with my hairdresser/second mom for putting some crayola color in my hair. Yeah, it might seem odd to go all the way to a salon just to put some streaks in, but honestly, this woman is one of the only human beings on the planet whom I trust with my hair. She is a goddess. Plus, we’ll have to bleach it first since it’s so damn BLACK. Not to be attempted at home.

Nostalgia like a dagger
I was in my kitchen and I opened a cupboard that had been shut for a while
a scent of strong spice unfurled from the cabinet and hit me like an arrow and suddenly I wasn’t in my kitchen anymore but back in India, sitting at the dining room table while the rabbit hopped underneath me and Krishna built his model airplane and talked animatedly about robots and the enormous open glass doors...
I think the thing about the way a model looks is the same thing about the taste of chocolate and the feel of sex and the cuteness of a kitten. When it’s good it’s unbelievable and when it’s bad it’s still pretty damn good.
I made a new tumblr!
So I have something like 1,600 “liked” posts and my desktop is overflowing with images. AHHH. I need a virtual dumping ground for all of these pictures without clogging this blog (my baby.) There won’t be any personal posts, and most funny/audio/super quality things will remain on this blog, the new tumblr is mainly for cool images that don’t directly pertain to me.
